Can I dipped "Pigs in Pretzel Dough" in a lye bath or brush it on?
i typically use a 60% lye solution for my Bavarian soft pretzels. However I want to make cocktail dogs wrap in soft pretzel and I'm not sure if the lye is going to affect the cocktail dogs or not.
