First download the samdav software from the internet,install it on the PC,make it is up to date and then connect the pen drive,this will wipe all the shortcut virus

Before you do anything else, make sure that your computer is set to NOT autorun anything on removable drives.
Then either virus scan it or format it (typically as FAT32).
