How to remove shortcut virus from pen drive?

    First download the samdav software from the internet,install it on the PC,make it is up to date and then connect the pen drive,this will wipe all the shortcut virus

    Before you do anything else, make sure that your computer is set to NOT autorun anything on removable drives.

    Then either virus scan it or format it (typically as FAT32).

    Format the pendrive or use an antivirus software to scan it.

    Before formatting, be sure to backup the data.
