2.) Bill O'Brien - Houston Texans (Finished 9-7 without a quarterback)
3.) Gary Kubiak - Denver Broncos (Has always had good running offenses and is a HC once again)

I don't consider Bruce Arians (HC of the Arizona Cardinals) underrated because he was AP Coach of the Year.
