Would you move out of state for $11.65 an hour?
Let's say its a field you've been trying to get into since u graduated from grad school...would u move? Why or why not?

No. It would take me more than one hour and more money than $11.65 just to get out of the state that I live in. By the time I used up the $11.65, I would have to turn around and go home.

$11.65 is not a lot of money. It would take a lot more for me to move out of state.

I wouldn't because I'm retired. During my working years, I moved states and even countries for my job but never for chasing money. It was always because I enjoyed the work. If you have an opportunity to get into your chosen field, and can afford to move, that's a good reason to go ahead and move

Where I live that's minimum wage.
My kid, fresh out of High School, is earning $130,000 a year.
