How do I get him to talk to me again?

So I like this guy. There was a party on Saturday and during the slow dance he danced with me. I thought it was going pretty well besides the fact he avoided all eye contact :/ Then he didn't speak to me for the rest of the night, just gave me a few a glances. We said bye to each other and that's it. I guess it was pretty awkward, and today in school he avoided me. Didn't say hi, didn't look at me. He's normally a shy/awkward guy anyways. But do you think I did something wrong? Was it too awkward? How can I fix it?

I don't think you did anything wrong.  I think he is probably shy and a bit nervous around you.  Try talking to him. It can be very difficult to get comfortable talking to a new guy.  You do need to take things slowly and let the relationship and conversation evolve.  Talk to him about school, sports, music, movies, books, hobbies, special interests, friends, family, pets, events that are happening around you or in your town.  Ask him questions about himself, what his hobbies are, what he likes to do in his spare time, how his school work is going.  That way, he will be doing most of the talking, and also people usually like people who seem interested in hearing things about their lives.  You can even practice some things to say to him while you are alone in your room at home and that way you might be more comfortable with it.
