Hmm I have had a similar issue its a virus inside your computer you will need to reset it back to factory settings or Too a earlier date before you had this issue i have to reset mine every so many months due to this is could be easily fixed and easily Gotten the virus works like this it attaches itself to a Photo a download or music mp3 and when you go to play that file it Unlocks the virus and stuff goes down i would look on youtube on how to factory reset your computer if your computer is extremely old however i don't know if you can fix it you may have to shell out the extra cash!
