IE is still used by over 2/3 of all internet users. Thus it is targeted by hackers/random who are writing malicious codes that uses the exploits in IE.
The reason for your sudden spyware problem could be :
♣ Outdated version of IE
♣ Latest version, but not fully updated with all patches
♣ You have no anti-spyware program
To clean your problem, use this free tools :
♣ Malwarebytes Anti-Malware
♣ SUPERAntiSpyware
♣ Spyware Terminator
♣ HijackThis
Malwarebytes is extremely effective, SUPER scans EVERYTHING, it has really extensive scanner and Spyware Terminator is known for its aggression when removing spyware threats. HijackThis is a small utility that scans registry keys and is able to recognize the malicious ones. Once deleted, spyware is crippled. Pretty useful for final cleaning.

Hello. My name is Sanjay Patel, and I currently hold an honorary Master's degree in the field of Computer Science. I am aware of, and have personal knowledge related to your question. There are computer maintenance businesses which are probably in your area, however they come at the cost of hiring a professional to enter your home. There may also be some local destinations where you can drop off your computer and wait to have a technician look at it. These options can often be costly, and pretty inconvenient. The answer to this question can probably be found doing a little extra research on Google.
A well-running computer can be a hard thing to maintain. From my experience, there is but only One software which is reputable- and consistently reliable for healing sick, slow computers. Reimage™ - https://reimagefix.im/ is a world-renown, easy to use software designed by Forensic scientists and made for the average person. This thing will fix literally just about ANY problem you could possibly be having with your PC. Reimage was recommended to me by a Professor during my 2nd year of Graduate school

Maybe you don't have a router? Having a router is your best defense against malicious stuff. I recommend the Netgear RANGEMAX WIRELESS-N GIGABIT ROUTER WNR3500

The next thing I recommend is Site Advisor. Get Site Advisor at http://www.siteadvisor.com./ It will pop up a red balloon any time you go to a web site that has malicious downloads. It will also put red, yellow, and green icons next to your Google and Yahoo search results.
