There's so many! You can go on walks, ride bikes, jog, hike, dance, or join a sport together. You can also get a membership at the YMCA, they have awesome programs for families and a great gym that kids can work out in too. Take yoga classes together at a studio.You can also start fun competitions around the house like the person who can do the most jumping jacks during the commercial break wins! Or pick an exercise to do every time you microwave something and the whole family has to do it for that amount of time. Whoever stops first has to take out the trash! Drive somewhere new and pretty that you can walk or bike ride. Even better bike ride to somewhere you all want to go. Walk the dog (or someone elses)! Depending on the age of the kids you could play tag, flag football, basketball, soccer, or any other game that requires you to run around. Start parking the car far away when you go somewhere so everyone has to walk further, take stairs, not elevators (youd be surprised how the kids will hold you to it on the days you dont want to)!
