This process starts about four hours after you last ate something. So if you feel hungry, your body is already getting rid of muscle tissue !

It highly depend your diet... If you starve yourself you will start to lose within 2 days but if you eat insanely it might be very long... I guess 2-4 weeks while eating at maintenance. It also depend of stuff like genetics and testosterone.
