I've seen a number members of royalty and nobility and such-like on here over the years: the Hongwu Emperor of China (using the names "Dude the Obscure" and "Xunzi"); Sir Caustic; Queen Margarethe II of Denmark (using the name "My Imperial Majesty"); and Rear Admiral von Tusch. Also, the user named "Sede Vacante" is arguably a sort of royalty.

If you hang out in the "Royalty" forum of Y!A you'll probably find quite a few more.
