pelvic and abdomin pressure at 17 weeks?

I'm 17 weeks and 3 days preg with identical twins. Anyone have pressure so soon?
It's causing me to go to the bathroom often. I've noticed comparing my first preg(1 baby) and this one the symptoms seem to be 1-2 months in advance. This pressure doesn't hurt.

I'd give my doctor a call for peace of mind. It's probably because there's less room in there since you have two babies battling for space but call your doctor just in case.
