sore down under?
I'm expecting identical twins in October. So I'm 19 weeks as of yesterday. I often get sore down under. I know it's just my bones and everything stretching. It just didn't happen this early with my first pregnancy (1 baby) .
What can I do to ease the soreness? I only take tylenol if I really have to. I do yoga stretches. Try to take daily walks. When I'm on the floor with my 11 month old I sit on a pillow. Anything else?
