Why am I getting a headache?

Anytime Im in a vehicle (whether its moving or not) and I'm on nt phone or reading a book I will get a headache. Doesn't take more than five mins to happen but to make it go away I have to look outside the window for 20mins. Why does it happen and is thereanything I can do to prevent it?

It's commonly called "car sickness." If the vehicle is moving, the headaches are caused by the fact that your brain is confused about how even though you're moving, you don't see the movement. When the car is still, it might just be that your headache is lingering a little.

You might grow out of your car sickness, like I did. But, for now, try doing something that doesn't require you looking down, like listening to music. When it does happen, look out the windshield - the windshield, not the side windows - and your pain should lessen since you'd be seeing yourself move. Try opening the window to let your forehead cool off. In addition, there are some bracelets that you can buy which put pressure on your wrist that, in theory, should also help (however, those didn't work for me). Good luck!

maybe you get motion sickness, a lot of people have it! And with reading or concentrating on something maybe you should get your eyes checked out. If not any of those things, you should definitely go and have a check up with your GP☺️
