I want to knw bc the circle ones look smaller so I don't know if I should take one or two bc when I take the bar ones I take the whole thing like one of them all at once. I just don't want ot take too much of the circle ones idk if there different or not

I don't really feel it working that's why im asking and usuall It works within 30 mins I only took one small circle one.
