im 19 115 pounds 5'2 tall. I want to gain muscle and tone up bc I have no shape im just too skinny looking. I want to look thicker help!!!?
i have really skinny arms and legs i want them to look more built i look like im 12. i want to look fuller thicker but still be skinny but actually have a body lol. i want a but n just not to look so skinny looking i want some meat on my legs and arms but not to look flabby i want to look toned up n healthy and also my stomach is the only place that really has fat i want to trim that down then tone it up or just tone it up bc im getting a lot of stretch marks from gaining weight then losing weight
also im a girl lol so idont want too look manly just better the ni look
