I need to lose as much healthy weight as I can by mid august, help?
So I got pretty hippoish for a while. 5ft 140.
I lost quite a bit of weight and then got injured and wasn't able to work out and stopped eating healthy.
Shame on me.
I was looking at myself in the mirror today disliking myself for all the progress I lost.
it was motivattional though.
I'm going to get back on track though but I have an event that I want to slim down for mid-august.
(Of course that's not the only reason)
But that's why I want a slightly faster approach.
I started a new job where I start at five in the morning so i've been snacking on crap throughout the day.
I leave at around lunch time.
so some basic nutritious but easy recipes for breakfast and lunch that I can prep ahead would be nice.
And other tips for quickly slimming down.
