citizen kane is one of those that few people really "get" the first time. i know i didn't. BUT, i see more and more in it every time i see it. it really is the ultimate movie about what man is searching for in life, what will fulfill him. it's not my number one pick, but i no longer think it's overrated.
try it again in a few years.
