which hero in last update of dotA need more active items ?

First of all I dont know what you mean by that. Im gonna infer that you mean heroes that need active items because of the last update. In this case I would say supports and utility heroes such as tusk, batrider, treant etc... because of the addition of the glimmer cape and the solar crest.
