weight loss help?

17 female 160 5'4 need to lose 30 pounds before April 2016 . will drinking a lot of water and playing just dance 2 hours a day and not eating as much junk food work .

Burn 500 cal or 1,000 cal everyday.
If 500cal is burned you'll burn 1 pound a week
If 1000cal is burned you'll burn 2 pounds
Anymore then two pounds is considered a lot and unhealthy.
Eat healthy.
Jump rope an hour.
Run an hour
Take the stairs
