here are some possibilities.
-youre a teen and teens are almost always hungry
-youre active and you burn off your consumed calories quickly
-all you eat is eaily digestible and fat filled foods which craves you wanting more
if you want to stop feeling hungry all the tim,e eat 6 small meals a day instead of three large ones. make sure youre eating a lot of fiber because that helps with the feeling of hunger and make sure youre drinking the reccomended intake of water for your age, weight and height.
