Hp envy 4500 Wont copy?

I tried to copy a document and it says copying but when the paper comes out its blank I put the paper face down push copy then the paper comes out blank help please

Try to scan it and then orint it, from the scanning utility in your pc, not the scan button on the printer.

My has a similar problem ever since one of those annoying auto software updates from HP. They are full of bugs and they are eo lazy not to fix them. I hate this copier but stuck with it too.
