If an apartment says kitchen all electric what exactly does that mean ? Will I only have a electric bill ?

An apartment that advertise an all electric kitchen would indicate that your stove and oven would be electric. The advertising is also telling you in a sublime way that this utility would be higher,as electric is normally higher than the use of gas.

Even though the kitchen cooking appliance might be all electric, there is the possibility that the heat is provided by gas.

Normally an apartment does not have it's own water heater, therefore the water heater would be of no concern of yours.

You would need to find out how the apartment is heated. If the heat is gas then you would have at least two
utility bills each month.

I hope this has been of some benefit to you, good luck.

This means that the stove, oven, etc. would be electric. Electric appliances are higher at cost than gas. Though, kitchen cooking appliances may be all electric, however, the heat might be delivered by gas. Usually, an apartment do not have its own water heater thus, you might have to take care of that as well. You may then, have to pay for two utility bills per month. Excluding the heater, there would be one bill to pay for.

Hello

It means that it will have a Electric Cooker and Hob. If the whole house is Electric only I would expect it to say Storage Heaters for heat and Immersion heater for the Hot water. If it has Gas as well it may say Central Heating and refer to a Combi Unit if it is for the Central Heating and Hot water supplies

It means that the cooking, refrigerating, dishwashing and other kitchen appliances are powered by electricity. Some kitchens also have their own water heater, which may be electric, gas or oil-fueled. However, "AEK" or all-electric kitchen does not refer to heating the living space itself, nor to the source of heat for the domestic hot water.

As for billing, you may have an electric bill, water bill, phone bill, gas or oil bill, cable and internet bills, parking and valet bill, trash and recycling bill, doorman bill, among others.

Kitchen appliances like stove are electric, You might still have gas heat or water heater, so might still have a gas bill..
