If an apartment says kitchen all electric and its has central air '& heat ..does that mean I will only have an electric bill?

Just wanted to know because I was looking to move on my own

    It means that the stove in the kitchen is electric. You would have to ask about the furnace and the water heater. They might still be gas. If the furnace and the water heater are also electric, then it does mean you would only have an electric bill.

    But, the way that is worded, it could go either way.

    heat is not part of the kitchen and many homes have gas or oil heat.
