Washington Supreme Court Decision?
Yesterday, the Washington State Supreme Court declared WA’s charter schools are unconstitutional because they take funding from the state’s education system and the taxpayer has no say in how the money is spent. I’ve read several articles and none of them mention how this will affect online public schools, if at all. They also take money from the taxpayer for private companies and taxpayers have no say in how it is spent. Does anyone know?
