0 because sin(x) will approach 0 as x approaches 0 leaving you with 50x^2/50x^2 which you can then simplyfy to x^2/x^2 which of course goes to 0 as x goes to 0.

obviously [ 0 ] ; divide top and bottom by [ x ] , take the limit
