Having trouble remembering a movie I saw like the Pacifier.?

I saw a movie on television awhile back that was a lot like "The Pacifier", but it starred a black man who was a convict and was hiding by posing as a babysitter to an upper-middle class family.

I remember one scene in particular, where the teenage daughter, a Goth, was dumped by her boyfriend, a white wannabe-gangster, for a blonde. The babysitter wanted to talk to the boyfriend alone, and they took off in the boyfriend's black Jeep Wrangler. The babysitter drives like crazy, scaring the living daylights out of the boyfriend, before parking the Jeep on active train tracks. He gets out, taking the keys, and convinces the boyfriend to shape up before the oncoming train gets there. Just before it gets to the Jeep, the train was diverted as the whole thing was a setup to scare the boyfriend. The babysitter said something like "You're not from the hood, I'm from the hood, so quit acting like it."

The movie was very funny, but I can't for the life of me remember what it was called and searching the internet with quotes and the limited information I have hasn't turned anything up. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
