Does anyone have any creative ideas to make a tiny vase that you can put flowers in, but making sure water cant leak if tipped to the side?

I am giving a few flowers to someone, and i want to make a small vase thing that the flowers can go into, but making sure that if the vase is tipped to the side, or upside down then there's no way of the water leaking out.

Can you help me please?
