I messed up at worrk - how do I fix it?
A customer paid a hefty fee for a very urgentt international courier. It was busy and I forgot to hand her parcel to the driver, meaning its going to be late. Do I phone her and let her know I forgot, hope she doesn't know, and if she is mad should I offer her a refund (out of my own pocket).. I made this mistake before and my boss is going to go berserk when she finds out, be it that she expects me to take calls and do her tasks even when I'm with a client
