Do you think people will start killing police more?
So just everything thats going on in america right now is bad. I think tehre are some good cops but no one cares and i dont blame them. Cops shouldnt be congratulated for treating people with respect as thats their job. But when the cops do bad things and arent held to repercussions then that becomes the face of police officers.
Just think if cops are treating people with extreme force for small things like jaywalking or selling cigarettes or even just standing in one spot too long how will they treat actual criminals. they wont hesitate to kill them. Now im not saying police officers deserve to die but i feel like unless a system is put in place that actually holds officers accountable the situation will get worse and then people will start killing police officers without a thought because they will just be seen as another bad guy. And honestly if thats what it takes i think it should be done. Becasue these officers apparently dont see that their actions reflect on every police officer in america and another officer may die for what they did.
Really i dont see any other way because people can protest all they want but it wont do anything. Because if we cant trust police then the system doesnt work and if the system doesnt work then police are useless
No, no SANE person has any reason to think so. Killings of police have been going down.
The places where police are MOST likely to be killed are in areas with the loosest gun control, and usually during domestic violence calls.
It's obviously a LIE that EVERYTHING in the US is bad.
It's a LIE that "no one cares" that there are good cops. No one denies that.
No, it only becomes the "face of" cops for morons, who think that ONE person reflects on everyone.
Yes, we need to have REAL oversight, and repercussions for police wrong-doing. Even more, we need better recruitment and training, AND to no longer hire a cop in one town, who was thrown off the force for brutality somewhere else. AND better training on how to deal with the mentally ill, how to overcome the tendency to "profile" and how to DE-escalate conflict.
It's untrue that police who are brutal toward people committing no crime or trivial crimes will kill all criminals. FACTS don't bear that out.
It's absurd to think that people will kill police without a thought. No sane person would think that. Or think that people see ALL police as bad.
No, it should NOT be done. That would be counter-productive.
That YOU don't see any other way means nothing, because you really have NO grasp of reality, as evidenced by the many untrue and absurd things you've said.
It's a LIE that protest never accomplishes anything.
Seriously, instead of just making sh*t up, why not learn something about REALITY?
If violent thugs or any people went psycho and wanted to kill police it would be pretty stupid on their part as the cops may end up with suspects if they keep it up and law enforcement will send the special weapons and tactics teams in which comprises of 8 in each group and if the person tried to resist arrest the culprit would probably end up severely injured or may not even make it plus how would you like it if someone attacked you with a weapon or even with their bare fist 👊 or they kicked you ( surely you won't be pleased 😌 with the situation and the outcome) especially if you weren't ready for the unprevoked attack
Yes, I think they will. Not because it is justified, but because there is no shortage of thugs just looking for a reason to be violent.
By the way, I have a comment on your "jaywalking" and "selling cigarettes" comments. Brown was NOT shot for jaywalking, he was shot for attempting to disarm the officer. Gray was NOT killed for selling cigarettes, that was a result of him resisting arrest. Had both cooperated, they would be very much alive.
People should not be surprised when a cop "tunes" them up when they act like barbarians, or are insulting or arrogant, or demeaning to police,
I do hope the will not hesitate to kill criminals, that is the way it used to be, People LIKED when cops killed criminals, and ..........there was a lot less crime.
