As the USA gives birthright citizenship and so in this way encourages illegals to travel and give birth to enable a legal "foot in the door" then the USA doesn't "deport" their own citizens. If the USA get around to removing/deporting the illegal parents then the child does and should remain with the parents and of course go back to their own and their parents country, as the child is also a citizen of the parents country as well as an American citizen

Since the child has a right to citizenship in the parents' country of citizenship, parents should be required to get their child a passport from their own country & take their child with them.
Incidentally, researchers have found that about half of claimed "US-born" children of illegal aliens who are collecting welfare, etc, are in fact identity-theft children and are just as illegal as their parents.

Yes, I would especially deport parents of anchor babies to set a clear message that failure to use birth control is NOT a qualifier for US immigration. The children can't be deported, but the parents will of course choose to take their children with them to their "other" country of citizenship.

Per the BS interpretation of federal law, it would be illegal to forcefully deport American citizens, considering that we offer unrestricted birthright citizenship. I would seriously interpret birthright citizenship to restrict to only people born in our country to at least one American citizen or one American permanent resident so as to deny illegals the real reason to come here such as not feeling the pain of family separation and end the easy bypass legal immigration process that would allow illegals to stay here to take care of their American-born children.

A person born in the US cannot be deported regardless of the parents’ status. However, if the parents are deported they could take their child with them.
