Is the Marlin XT-22TR and legal in Connecticut?

The new gun bill SB 1160 bans magazines that can hold ten rounds or more. The bill says, "'Large capacity magazine' means any firearm magazine, belt, drum, feed strip or similar device that has the capacity of, or can be readily restored or converted to accept, more than ten rounds of ammunition, but does not include: . . . (B) a . 22 caliber tube ammunition feeding device, (C) a tubular magazine that is contained in a lever-action firearm . . . " So does that mean that a bolt action .22 that has a tubular magazine and can hold more than ten rounds, such as the Marlin XT-22TR, is legal in Connecticut?
Update: Here is a link to the rifle. http://www.marlinfirearms.com/Firearms/xt/XT22.asp

On the surface...and...your description, it looks like a rim fire .22 is exempt. The AR and AK are the real targets because of much more powerful rounds, evil look, and removable magazines. Somehow, these people that make laws think that will cure the problem of "gun violence".
A bolt action rifle or pump has never been targeted.

Read the description of the rifle carefully. It has a 7 round magazine.

XT-TR is a good choice.
