I moved out for a month til I move in somewhere else and the place im staying doesnt have wifi. ive tried going to the settings, playstation network, activate as your primary ps4 and deactivating it but I still cant get rid of the lock on the last of us. it says it cannot verify license.
second, is destiny a wifi game only? can I play it without wifi? it also tries to get me to install updates.

If it's got wired internet but not wifi, then you can use an ethernet cable to connect.
Destiny is online-only. It won't even start without a connection to the Destiny servers.
Deactivating your console will guarantee that the games won't work. The console would have to be activated as the primary for any games to have a chance of working offline.

its a massive multiplayer fps you wont be able to play it at all without internet
dont suppose you can scrounge up an ethernet cable and plug it in to the modem ?
