2:00pm: ate a homemade burger with Swiss cheese with little mayo and mustard. (no veggies, just a patty and cheese)

4:00pm: ran 3.03 miles and burned 407 cals.

6:00pm: peppers and turkey breast cut up with 1 tsp. of salad dressing.

9:00pm: 2 regular eggs with 1 egg yolk cooked and toast bread.

10:00pm: did a 40 minute workout, burned 534 cals.

11:30pm: 4 chicken tenders from Safeway

You don't know you burned 407 kcal. It would depend a lot on how efficient you are in running and your metabolism. Precision down to the kcal? No way. Same thing with the 534 number. We're talking plus or minus 50 kcal. Plus, you forget you burn calories doing nothing as well.

Answer: sounds fine except for the chicken tenders if they were breaded and deep fried
