Complexity is generally used to characterize something with many parts where those parts interact with each other in multiple ways.

Complexicity is not a word in British English. It does not appear in the Oxford English Dictionary.

The source listed by d r silva is an Indian document and gives is no explanation of this "made-up" word. Moi!! C'est Moi also seems to have invented a meaning.

It may be that the word is used incorrectly by non-native speakers in mistake for "complexity".
