I have some questions. Does eating less help? WICH kind of exercises can I do at home to lose weight? Is there any food that help to lose weight? Are there other things that work, like pills because I know pills that work but they have negative side effects.

the best thing that helped me lose weight and keep it off was not restricting myself from bad foods. i allowed myself to eat as i wanted, just in small amounts. its more about the portions, rather than what u eat as far as losing weight. u can eat half a cheeseburger, or a banana.. and the amount of calories can be the same.... also when u try to swear off bad foods it can seem very hard and actually make u binge eat once u get a little taste. i eat around 3 small meals a day, but i also choose for those meals to be very healthy. i will have a bite of something sweet once a day just to simply knock any cravings or wants.. and im happy !
Eat 3 meals a day or 5 small meals, try not to skip breakfast, try and not snack, drink a lot of water, and try exercising three times a week runningbis quite good as it burns fat
