Yah i know.

ok so help me.

I need to lose weight.

But idk what to eat,how much to exercise.

Like all of the info.

Please&thank you.

    Been there and I know! I'm 5'2" and I used to weight what you do, until I made my mind up and did it this way. Please read my blog about the obesity in my family and how I've overcome the battle of the buldge!

    You can safely and quickly lose 9 pounds every 11 days on this diet plan and keep repeating it until you lose to your goal weight. The computer will write the diet meals/snack menu for you so there's nothing you have to do, but eat what is planned for you. It's healthy, easy and you'll get incredibly fast results!

    Exercise: strength training 3 days a week and either fast walking, or running the other days. Drink at least 64 ounces of water each day.

    Remember: calories in minus calories burned = gain or lost weight at the end of each day.

    I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

    I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

    It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

    The short answer to this question is, unfortunately, "It depends." The breasts are composed of two main types of tissue: the glandular tissue that makes the breast do what it is built to do (dispense milk through the nipples when lactating), and the fatty tissue that comprises the rest of it. Some women have more glandular than fatty tissue, others the other way around, and some have about equal amounts. So, for some women, when they gain weight (i.e. fat), it is stored most quickly in their breasts. Other women, not so much. Look at your own history of gaining weight, and you will be able to determine just where your body tends to store excess fat. Is it in your breasts, or your hips, or your thighs? Another thing to consider is, when some women, who have a tendency to store their excess fat in their boobs, lose weight, the boobs stay the same size; others lose the weight in their boobs when they lose weight overall. It is hard to give a definitive, one-size-fits-all answer to this question, because every woman is different.

    Depending on what you have access to, cardio like running is VERY effective esp if you haven't done it in a while. at your weight aim to eat around 1400 calories a day combined with 500 calories off burning if you want fast results. If you want a slower, slightly easier route try just burning 500 calories a day, by walking, excirsise DVDs, running, what ever you fancy.

    Well youre going to have to start counting calories sadly.

    Eat anything (except fatty foods) and eat 500 calories for breakfast, 300 for lunch, and 500 at dinner, and 200 for a small snack.

    Exercise on a machiene untill you burn about 200 or more calories.

    Eat at subway alot.

    to loss the weight i think this option and its work for me:

    eat more fruit

    drink fresh juice

    get detoxification

    no junk food

    no milk

    no yogurt

    no soda

    drink natural water

    sport (like exercise, running, walking, aerobic, swimming)

    eat more salad

    good sleep

    the example eat menu :

    Breakfast

    Always same: juice presses fresh, as much as desirable, up to 14 ounce; fresh succulence as much as desirable, or salad fruit; when do you very hungry. When not make difficult, sometimes fun replaced fruit every day that eaten at morning

    Lunch

    Fresh fruit juice, or carrot juice, 4 - 8 ounce, when does desirable. Salad with fresh vegetable addition desirable and combination sandwich with cucumber or celery.

    Dinner

    Fresh vegetable cocktail juice, soup cream cauliflower. Potato boat or simple grilled chicken. Garlic flavor string bean. Salad green French.

    You honestly don't need to lose a lot of weight, as you're technically not quite overweight; You're on the heavy end of the healthy weight range for your height. But if you want to get more in the middle to be on the safe side, look up exercises to do for whatever parts of your body that you want to tone up or lose weight off of. I did this for my stomach (I'm skinny, I just have no muscle) and it helps. Look up solutions and find what works for you. I am sorry if I couldn't answer well, because I don't know if you're muscular or anything about your build/frame, as weight is not an indicator of that. But I hope I somewhat helped! :)
