Should I run 1 Infinity subwoofer in its own box powered by its own amp ?

Subs 275 rms , amps a mtx 300 rms maybe 320 and other a boss 300 both at 2 ohms. I have 3 boxes so I can put one in each or use one box as its sealed and divided as they are built for 2 subs. Should I keep in one box together but still divided or run them in different boxes and just leave the other slot empty ?

This way I can power them both to there rms. This is for those who been helping me. Also my head unit don't distort at max with all at 0. When I up gain I don't hear any distortion just more bass. I have a meter tho.

Can a sub break by clipping for 3 mins here and there ?

Yes, clipping can damage a sub within a few minutes.

You just won't listen to advice, will you? Get a clue, give up your foolishness and do as recommended. Use the MTX amp with the pair of Kenwoods, or the single Diamond. FORGET EVERYTHING ELSE. Or sell everything except the Infinity's and get a decent monoblock amplifier to run them. If I could physically knock you up side the head for being stubborn, I would. It's what you need. But go ahead and learn the hard way. The best lessons are learned by screwing up. What do we know anyway?.
