Why are people scared of anarchy or small community governments?
It's what people want, especially libertarians. Or on the other hand, why are people scared of corporations but love government? Neither are any better.

Most people don't go for such things. Our corporatist economy makes it easier to work for wages. But there are communes and cooperatives that you can join, and if they ever become ascendant, that tendency could change.

They aren't, and there are plenty of communities out there that live that way.

if people "are scared," i.e., opposed, to this kind of government, that pretty much contradicts your claim that it's "what people want"
