Just upgraded to 30MB download, ran a speed test with time warner running at 36, since then I connected 5 other devices and it runs at 3MB?

6 devices all downloading at the same time would throttle the network. Also, some networks will auto set the speed to be equal to the slowest attached device. Attach one at a time and test.
