can someone give me a exercise routine?
so i have a 24.5 inch waist and a 37.5 inch butt/hips
i want to be AT LEAST 40 inch butt and 23 inch waist
what workouts should i do? reps? sets?
im working out at home and don't have weights
should i gain or lose weight?
how many times a day? best exercises for a butt like j los or sofia vergara?
just a girl trynna get a round plump butt
also how long would it take? i want to be like that or better by summer.
and how many times a week?
