can someone give me a exercise routine?

so i have a 24.5 inch waist and a 37.5 inch butt/hips
i want to be AT LEAST 40 inch butt and 23 inch waist
what workouts should i do? reps? sets?
im working out at home and don't have weights
should i gain or lose weight?
how many times a day? best exercises for a butt like j los or sofia vergara?
just a girl trynna get a round plump butt

Your waist sound about right, so really no point in making it smaller. If you want to develop your butt muscles there are all sorts of exercises for that.
