Are you in the Joint Spouse program? Withdraw from the program and unless you are up for orders you wouldn't be automatically going with him anyway just because he is moving.

Do NOT pursue a relationship with anyone whether civilian or military until the divorce is final. It can come back and bite you hard in the a** if you do.

Pursuing any relationship *before* your divorce is final, is called ADULTERY and can be punished under the UCMJ..........if your "husband" wishes to be as vindictive as you say.

I would not give him that ammunition to use against you.

First things FIRST. Obtain the offical DIVORCE papers......and then do your thing .

Do NOT leave yourself open to possible charges.....and you put the new guy at the same risk, if he's the 3rd wheel in your divorce proceedings.

you can withdraw from the married couples program at any time

same way you joined the program
