How to reset your password on a windows 10 computer?

I really need help. I forgot the password to my windows 10 labtop now i cant logg in. Then when i click reset password it told me to put a flash drive in and when i did that it had told me i need a revovery disk or create one. How am i going to create one when i cant logg in? And can i go to the store and but one? Im confused and need help. Please somebody give me answers?
