I have ptosis and I hate how I look. Please help?

One of my eyelids is droopy or has ptosis. I hate how I look and would like to get it fixed, but I m extremely afraid of getting surgery. I watched a video of the procedure online and it freaked me out. I just don t know what to do. Advice?
