What you want to look for is a "medical equipment exchange." There's probably one in your area.
Don't give it to one of the generic charities listed by others like Salvation Army or Goodwill. What they're going to do is sell it for cash. If you give it to a medical equipment exchange, it will go directly to a person that needs it.
