How do I answer a tough question from a customer?

Okay, so I work at an arena. I work as an usher. Often times, the guests ask me certain questions I have a hard time answering. How should I help them out when I don't know what to tell them?

Tell them, "I'm not sure about that, but I can point you to someone who might". Then either escort the guest to someone more knowledgeable (preferred), or provide them with directions how to find them (if you can't leave your designated area).

Tell them you can find some one that has more experience with that then you do. Help find or direct them to a person that has the information for them.
