I turned 18 and I smoke about a pack of cigs in a 2 month span. If I smoke a few times of month am I at serious risk

STOP NOW not so much for the health effect but because of the addiction! I started at 15 thinking I was cool now at 26 I am addicted. Its horrible. I've tried to quit and it makes me a complete violent psycho. I start crying and getting head aches and lose my temper and break things around me.
It's really bad! I don't have very many side effects from the actual smoking yet except my teeth (yellow stained and weak) but the addiction is terrible, please stop now. While you can.

Since I see so many having complained about even the second-hand stuff, that seems like a lot.

I would say a pack spread out over 10 years might be no worse than us at a stoplight with all of them fumes going around... but that's a non-scientific guess.

Yes, it will just be slower. I forget the exact number of cigarettes it takes to mutate your DNA but it's barely double digits. They aren't worth it. Weed is safer. Cocaine is safer.

when i was around 20 i started to have one or two a day
then, after my girlfriend broke up with me i started smoking more.
eventually i got up to a pack a day.
5 years ago i had to have oral surgery to get a precancerous growth removed.
Take a look at this before and after of film critic Roger Ebert and ask yourself if you really want to risk this happening to you

Yea. Just one is terrible for you (and I've put questionable substances in my body). If anything just go buy natural tobacco, all those chemicals in there are crazy.
