so I have to go to the doctor because theres these werid spots all over me but when i have to take off my clothes to show her they(her and my mom) will see my self harm scars and I'm not ready for that because my mom thinks i stopped cutting....
So how do I cover them up while im at the doctors?

You can't. You should let them see them so you can get the help you need. The problem with cutting is that it is very addictive, and like drugs, you have to cut deeper and longer to get the same effect. If you think scars are a problem now, imagine how it will be with dates and when you have kids.
It will be tough, but you really need to get help. This is a mental illness, not a question of will or being bad.

Doctors are trained. You can't hide that type of thing. Are you truly so stupid as to think that not stopping something so obvious means no one will see it, just because YOU pretend it doesn't look as horrible as it does??? Seriously, you need to talk to a professional. Self harm is SUCH an OBVIOUS cry for mental health help. I hope you find the help you need before you truly ruin your future by looking like a cutting idiot.
