I'm on pregnancy #3. My first daughter, boobs were sore for maybe half of one day. The second, zero breast soreness until my milk came in after she was born. The third, my boobs were sore for a day at 35 weeks and it went away. Breast tenderness can be caused by basic hormone fluctuations before a period.
