BB students are practical economics. The kind hired by companies to gauge the economy to see where they are investing and how they should change their functions to respond to the current market. BS is theoretical economics. This is the way the economy should and could work given specific circumstances. Both have fairly consistent hiring but BB students have better job prospects because what they are doing is considered more applicable to everyday. BS students usually are better equipt for MS and Dr degrees in economics so your professors are more likely to be BS.
